Linking your Pinterest boards to your site is a great way to get traffic to your website. Not only is it fun to share your favorite products, projects and inspirations and engage with your audience, but you can also add buttons to your Online Store which may help increase your sales.

Here's how to add your Pinterest follow button to your site using the HTML Code Widget:
  1. In the SiteBuilder, drag and drop the HTML Code Widget (located in Widgets > Popular) onto your page.
  2. Write or paste your code (use right-click > paste or Ctrl-V to paste) into the HTML Editor.
  3. When you are done, click "Save".

Here's how to add your Pinterest follow button to your site using the Text Widget:

  1. Click on the "HTML" button on the Text Editing Toolbar.
  2. Write or paste your code (use right-click > paste or Ctrl-V to paste) into the HTML Editor.
  3. When you are finished, click "OK" to return to editing text.

If you are editing a blog post, you can insert your Pinterest follow button using the HTML button on the blog's Text Editing Toolbar (this works the same as a Text Widget).

Your "Pin It" button will be displayed on your site.

Verify your domain

If you have registered a domain it is possible to verify your domain on Pinterest. This means that that your website shows the full URL on your profile and in search results. You can read more about it on the Pinterest Blog.

Only top-level domains such as your domain.com can be verified. If you are using a subdomain (e.g., sitename.yourdomain.com) you will not be able to verify it on Pinterest.
