Q: Why does my unlimited shared hosting account have disk space and transfer limits?
A: The reason that you see limits in your control panel is to prevent runaway sites from overloading your server. These limits should be considered "soft limits" and can easily be upgraded. Should you find that you are coming close or have hit the disk space or transfer limit, simply open a trouble ticket at our support helpdesk requesting that your limits be increased.
