In Windows Mail, double check this setting:
- Click Tools -> Junk E-mail Options
- Click Safe Senders tab
- Click on Add and enter support@glowhost.com and billing@glowhost.com as new contacts.
- Check "Also trust email from my Windows Contacts"
- Click Ok
That's all. Emails will be delivered to inbox since now.
