Many emails from GlowHost have characteristics of Spam (for example, when we send IP addresses, usernames, passwords and URLs) which vendors like Apple mail like to filter into the spam folder.

First of all, please ensure to mark messages from GlowHost as not spam:

1. Navigate to the spam folder.
2. Select the email from GlowHost and click on "Not spam".
   
   
   

Now, when email was marked as not spam, please add GlowHost email to contacts. This should help getting rid of emails being sent to spam.

1. Find the email.
2. Click on the sender.
3. Review contact details and click "Save"
   
   

That's all. Emails from GlowHost will be delivered to Inbox folder since now.
