First of all, please ensure to mark messages from GlowHost as not spam:

1. Navigate to the spam folder.
   
   
   
2. Right click on the email from GlowHost and choose "Not spam" in the dropdown.
   
   

Now, when email was marked as not spam, please add GlowHost email to contacts. This should help getting rid of emails being sent to spam.

1. Click Contacts in the right toolbar.
   
   

     2. Click Add Contact.

    3. Enter GlowHost email and additional information if you wish.

    4. Click Add Contact button in the popup to finish.
