When installing PHPMotion you receive the following message during the installation results:

Please make sure that your custom php.ini contains the following:

enable_dl = on

However, PHPMotion requires many other settings to be enabled in php.ini. Search for PHPMotion in the search box at the top of the page for other common issues that you may encounter.
