Many emails from GlowHost have characteristics of spam (for example, when we send IP addresses, usernames, passwords and URLs) which vendors like Apple like to filter into the spam folder.
To whitelist GlowHost for Apple Mail, please use the following steps:
- Open the email and click on the sender.
- Choose Add to contacts option.
- Review contact card and click Done.
Once the contact is added to your address book, emails should be not be marked as spam.
